Our mission is to provide specialized assistance to disadvantaged people in the community so they can maximize their own abilities and decision making skills in our complex society. Through prevention, intervention, case management, financial assistance, social services, and educational programs, individuals are taught the keys to self-sufficiency enabling them to become responsible, positive, participating members of society.
